Returns & Refunds
If something isn't right, we'll help you sort it out. Here's how returns work at CJ's.
Our return window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm your return and arrange drop-off or pickup in Aruba.
- Once we receive and check the item, we process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Items we can't accept back
- Beauty, skincare and personal-care items once opened or used (for hygiene reasons).
- Underwear, swimwear and earrings, unless faulty.
- Final-sale and clearance items marked non-returnable.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery fee.
